Exergen is offering 2 $5 rebates on their temporal thermometers.  One rebate is for the mother and the other is for the friend or family member that purchased it as a baby shower gift.  Offer expires 12/31/11. 

Print out the form, fill in the information, and send it along with the barcode from the Exergen Temporal Scanner package. Maximum 3 rebates per person.
